Auch wenn Lederprodukte über Zeit individuell altern und ihre eigene Geschichte erzählen, ist die richtige Pflege für eine möglichst lange Lebenserwartung absolut zu empfehlen.
Für die Reinigung des Leders reicht ein mit Wasser befeuchtetes Tuch in Kombination mit sachtem Reiben. Im Anschluss sollte mit einem Trockentuch die verbliebene Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen werden.
Wichtig: Weder Halsband noch Leine, sollten mit harten Reinigungsmitteln behandelt werden, noch intensiven, längerem Kontakt mit Wasser, z.B. durch Baden oder Schwimmen ausgesetzt werden.
